How do I rent a dumpster?
It’s easy! Give us a call or book online. We’ll help you choose the right size dumpster, schedule delivery, and place it where you want it.

How long can I keep the dumpster?
Your rental includes a set rental period. If you need more time, just let us know. We’re happy to work with you whenever possible.

What if I fill the Dumpster Early?
Give us a call – We can schedule a dump & return or swap-out service so you can keep working.
Please note that each dump & return or swap-out is a new service and is billed at the applicable rate. Your original rental includes one dumpster, one pickup, and one disposal.

Where can you place the dumpster?
We can place it on your driveway, at your home, business, job site, or other accessible location. Just make sure our truck has enough room to safely deliver and pick it up.

Will the dumpster damage my driveway?
Most driveways are perfectly fine. If you’re concerned, let us know and we can discuss placement options. We also offer RolliSkates surface protection pads for an additional charge, let us know if you would like the additional protection at booking.

What can I put in the dumpster?
Most household junk, furniture, construction debris, remodeling materials, yard waste, and general trash is accepted.

What can’t I put in the dumpster?
For safety and environmental reasons, please do not throw away:

Bio-Hazards
Toxic materials
Tires
Gas/Diesel/Oil/Antifreeze
Refrigerators/Freezers
Herbicides/Pesticides
Wet Glue/Silicone’s
Paint (wet or dry)
Dead Animals
Food Waste
Weapons
Batteries
There is an additional charge for each Mattress – If you’re unsure about an item, just ask before loading it.

Can I pile debris above the top of the dumpster?
No. Everything must stay level with the top edge of the dumpster so it can be safely transported. Overfilled dumpsters cannot be hauled until the excess material is removed.

Do I need to be home for delivery or Pickup?
No. As long as you’ve told us exactly where you’d like the dumpster placed and the area is accessible, you don’t need to be there. For pickup, just make sure the area around the dumpster is clear so we can safely remove it.

How much weight is included in the price?
Your dumpster rental includes 2 tons (4,000lbs) of disposal weight. If your load exceeds the included amount, any additional weight is simply charged $0.06 per pound, based on the landfill’s scale ticket.

What happens if I need the dumpster longer?
Just contact us before your rental period ends. Additional days are only $10.00.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, on orders placed before 3PM if we have dumpsters in stock. Contact us as early as possible and we’ll do our best to get a dumpster delivered quickly.

We proudly serve Seguin, New Braunfels, Cibolo, Schertz, Marion, McQueeney, San Marcos, Kyle, La Vernia, Gonzales, and many surrounding communities throughout South Central Texas.

Are there any hidden fees?
No. We believe in upfront pricing with no surprises. We’ll explain exactly what’s included before your dumpster is delivered.
